My site is all of a sudden down, help!

If your site has all of a sudden just stopped working but you can get to other websites online, you may have been blocked by our server security system. Things like trying to telnet, ssh or use secure FTP will get you blocked.

If you feel this has happened, do the following:

  1. Open a new support ticket
  2. include in that support ticket your IP address (www.whatismyip.com)

Once we determine that you have in fact been blocked and the appropriate actions have been taken you should be able to connect once again to the Argon servers.
