I am unable to renew or transfer my domain to your registrar and it is past the renewal date.

If you wait past the renewal date, you will have to wait 30 days for it to be sent back to the central registry before you can transfer it to our registrar.  For now to get the domain back online in the quickest way possible, you will need to go to where it is originally registered and renew it.  If you have waited too long, you will or may be assessed a charge of $100 by the Central Registry to get the domain out of redemption status.
